SUPERVISION
One of my greatest passions is assisting people with professional growth during their journey. I have gained extensive supervisory experience over the last 15 years and have supervised many clinicians for both field placement and licensure.
What can I expect?
You can expect an authentic, and safe space each time we engage in a session. I believe Supervision can be a lifelong vehicle for support, growth, skill building and development. We will work together to identify the needs and goals for the sessions, and will collaborate to build a plan to prepare you for your own unique clinical interests, practice settings and client populations.
What SUPERVISION Methods do you Use?
Supervision should be flexible as skill level and needs change, and the tasks, discussions, roles and relationship change as we progress. I draw from a few different models to conceptualize and structure supervision, including Reflective, Developmental and Systems-Based.
My Perspective:
I genuinely enjoy supervision and the interactive relationship! I am enthusiastic about helping clinicians grow not only in their clinical skills, but also in the areas of institutional processes, broad systems knowledge and self-awareness.
